Hi, I worked with Victoria, who is just simply AWESOME, to ensure I ordered the correct hardware to solve my issue of running out of water in my CPAP every night. After setting up the system, I had an issue where it didn't reload the water and Victoria came to the rescue! We turned the cpap to the side to engage the sensor and filled water above the bottom part of the sensor and it has worked wonderfully ever since! What I am saying is during initial fill, once the water hit the sensor it stopped; this was at the bottom of the sensor. So during the night I used up that water and had the empty tank issue. By turning the cpap machine to the right, we bypassed the bottom of the sensor so now when it is engaged (thinking the machine needs more water), it turns on and fills the cpap tank every time! Great solution for a difficult problem if you need to wear your cpap at max humidity levels like I do. And Victoria!!! She is the best!!!!!

I read your info about cleaning with vinegar, which leaves an unpleasant smell for some time. The UV light kills germs in the big reservoir, but I worry that water in the tub will develop mold.

I have only used my filter for several nights since it recently arrived and so far I am very happy with the product.

This filter along with my CSpring Mark II have been very good products and have contributed well to my CPAP therapy.

The only issue I had was the hose tends to get kinked and shuts off the flow. I ordered the longer hose and sensor kit. I think the hose with the ridges will help prevent the hose from getting pinched off. Thank you for this awesome Cspring auto fill device. I was constantly have trouble with my water chamber going dry and breathing the toxic plastic fumes. I actually was trying to invent something like this a few years ago. My Cpap supply shop acted as if I was the only person in the world having this problem with my air sense 11.

Works great but shipping seems high for what it is. Same thing for the sensor mounts.

Install was easy, have been using for about two weeks and have noticed an improvement of my allergy symptoms

We started with a dreamstation 2 but now have resmed 11 and the cspring has worked fantasticly with both it is great not running out of water and not having to fill the water chamber every day.

Great filter! Finally a great replacement for the cheap filters used on the airsense11! Just remove the old filter door and install the new great filter replacements! Easy to install and finally peace of mind! I highly recommend them. Great upgrade!
