Working as promised

The old clips were a pain to remove; I always kept a pair of needlenose pliers around so I could remove them "easily".
These ones are much nicer. I did have to replace my sensor clips as due to being old (or manufacturing differences) they were very slightly too fat to fit and couldn't close properly. Once I switched this worked wonderfully. Happy they made the product especially since it means they listen. I had asked for a concept like this a while ago:)

The first time I used my machine after installing the new CSpring Hepa Filter, I could tell the difference. The air actually tasted and smelled cleaner!

This solved my empty water chamber issue in e, sad you have to spend more money because the CPAP is a poor design

Works great.... the light is more then I thought it would be but it does not cause me issues.

I used to wake up with a dry mouth and throat. I hated it. My water reservoir lasted for about a third of the night. With the Automatic Refilling System, I wake up hydrated, and my mouth and throat feel so much better. I can fill my system with a full gallon of distilled water. I don't think I would have kept using my bi-pap machine had I not purchased this. I highly recommend the system and the customer service at CSpring.

Fantastic idea it always was bothersome at night to have the glow from the tank. Good to have the anti-bacteria for the water quality so now with the cover it is a win-win. Good protected water and no light waking me up. Keep the good ideas and product improvements coming! Can't sleep without my tank so thanks for creating this product - keep it going!

Exactly what was needed no more running out of water before morning, quiet and east to clean and refill with distilled water

I was very happy to receive the Blackout Cover when I received the Mk3, and it works so well, covers completely and block out 99% of the light produced by the water chamber with it's buttons and gauge. Great addition.

I updated ( added a MK3 ) my model 11 just a few months after I started using it, the refilling of the water chamber was a pain, but by using the C Spring MK3 the water has never needed to be concerned about. I was originally concerned about the sound it might make, turns out not a problem at all, the minor sound only lasts for a second or two, and I have to be listening for it to even tell it's working.
It was a Great Move.

The quality of the design and build is excellent. Installation was easy. I realize that ResMed has made a cost-benefit analysis of the minimum pre-treatment of incoming air, and probably an assumption about patients' ambient air quality. Our lungs are not their highest modive! I am hopeful that with the additional ambient air filtration my chronic sinus condition will ease, and the seasonal congestion reduced. Time will tell. As for the first 2 weeks, very pleased with value of this CPAP-XPAP accessory.
